Any students with a prior semester balance must pay their outstanding balance, to avoid a financial obligation hold for the Fall 2024 semester.

If you have a financial aid award for the Fall 2024 Semester, you will not be dropped for non-payment and your tuition is deferred until September 23, 2024. Late fees are applicable if aid has not disbursed by this date.

Pro-Rata Fees Are Assessed:

Students who cancel registration between the 1st day of the Semester and the 60% point of the attendance period will be charged a Pro-Rata fee which will increase daily until all classes are fully withdrawn.

Last day for partial refund for Graduate Facility and Professional Program Fee.

Last day to receive refund for non-resident fees and partial refund of Tuition and Fees for students with 6.1+ units who drop and keep 6.0 units or less (see REFUND GUIDELINES).

Census Day September 23, 2024 (Monday) Fall 2024 Tuition fees are due for all students including Financial Aid Recipients.

November 25, 2024 (Monday)

90-day Electronic Bills (eBills) sent.

Students who have unpaid balances for the Fall 2024 term will be sent an electronic bill, outlining the details of their balances for the semester.

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after fees are initially charged or initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees. All listed fees, other than mandatory system wide fees, are subject to change without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun.

Note:

Graduate Students in the Master of Science in Quantitative Economics program are not subject to the additional Graduate MBA program fee.
