Students who cancel registration between the 1st day of the Semester and the 60% point of the attendance period will be charged a Pro-Rata fee which will increase daily until all classes are fully withdrawn.

Students who have unpaid balances for the Fall 2024 term will be sent an electronic bill, outlining the details of their balances for the semester.

Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after fees are initially charged or initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees. Summer 2025 Important Dates

April 7, 2025 (Monday) Begin accepting Summer 2025 tuition and fee payments.
June 2, 2025  (Monday)

First day of the Summer Term.

Any students who enroll into classes during April 7 - June 1, 2025 must pay a minimum of part-time dues by this date.

Any remaining balances after July 18 date will be subject to a $20 late Census fee on July 21, 2025.

These Summer 2025 balances will also impact future enrollment.

July 3, 2025 (Thursday)

30-day Electronic Bills (eBills) Sent.

Students who have unpaid balances for the Summer 2025 term will be sent an electronic bill, outlining the details of their balances for the semester.

July 18, 2025  (Friday)

SUMMER (R3) CENSUS DAY:

Remaining Summer 2025 unpaid balances should be paid this date to avoid late fees and holds.

Drops are not processed during Summer terms, but students are required to pay for Summer balances by this date to avoid the Summer late fee of $20. If Summer balances remain unpaid, registration and service holds will be assigned.

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2025 courses

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2025 courses.

Students attending summer semester who have paid part-time fees (by program), and have increased their participation to full-time and now have a Summer 2025 outstanding balance must pay for the Summer balance by this date if they are enrolled into Fall 2025 courses.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICANTS:

For students that are receiving Summer Financial Aid, all tuition and fees for the current semester and prior must be paid no later than July 18, 2025 11:59 PM. Tuition and Fees not paid in full will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

If a student registers for a summer session(s) and does not officially withdraw by the "LAST DAY TO RECEIVE 100% REFUND" date listed below, the student will still be responsible for ALL tuition and fees, even if the student never attended the course or if the course has not started.

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after fees are initially charged or initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees. All listed fees, other than mandatory system wide fees, are subject to change without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun.  

All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, or the Presidents, as appropriate. Changes in mandatory system wide fees will be made in accordance with the requirements of the Working Families Student Fee Transparency and Accountability Act (Sections 66028 - 66028.6 of the Education Code).
