Summer 2023 Important Dates

First day of the Summer Term.

Any students who enroll into classes during April 3 - June 4, 2023 must pay a minimum of part-time dues by this date.

Any remaining balances after July 21 date will be subject to a $20 late Census fee on July 24, 2023.

These Summer 2023 balances will also impact future enrollment.

July 5, 2023 (Wednesday)

30-day Electronic Bills (eBills) Sent.

Students who have unpaid balances for the Summer 2023 term will be sent an electronic bill, outlining the details of their balances for the semester.

SUMMER (R3) CENSUS DAY:

Remaining Summer 2023 unpaid balances should be paid this date to avoid late fees and holds.

Drops are not processed during Summer terms, but students are required to pay for Summer balances by this date to avoid the Summer late fee of $20. If Summer balances remain unpaid, registration and service holds will be assigned.

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2023 courses

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2023 courses.

Students attending summer semester who have paid part-time fees (by program), and have increased their participation to full-time and now have a Summer 2023 outstanding balance must pay for the Summer balance by this date if they are enrolled into Fall 2023 courses.

SPRING 2023 FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

Students who enroll in classes during November 28 - January 23 must pay their Spring 2023 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this date.

If you are coded to receive financial aid for the Spring 2023 Semester, your tuition is deferred until February 19, 2023. Late fees are applicable if aid does not disburse by this date.
 

FIRST INSTALLMENT PLAN DUE DATE:

Resident Students: Payment 1 of 3 Due

Payment towards 1/3 of Tuition PLUS Local Fees PLUS the $33 Service Fee must be made in full (this includes any class/course fees if there are any charged). Remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments due February 23 and March 23.

International & Non-Resident Students enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan: Payment 1 of 4 Due

Payment towards Tuition PLUS State & Local Fees must be made in full. Non-Resident Fees will be divided into 3 equal payments to be made monthly on February 23 March 23, and April 23, which includes an installment service fee.

SECOND INSTALLMENT PLAN DUE DATE:

Resident Students: Payment 2 of 3 Due

Additional 1/3 of tuition is due this day with the final 1/3 of tuition-only due March 23. This is the last day to enroll into an Installment Payment Plan for the Spring 2023 term. Students who are newly enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan after January 23, will be asked to pay for 2/3 of Tuition PLUS all local/mandatory fees PLUS $33 service fee if they wish to install the remaining balances of their tuition and fees.

International & Non-Resident Students enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan: Payment 2 of 4 Due

The first of the 3-Part Non-Resident Fees is due this day. The final two will be due on March 23 and April 23, which will include an installment service fee. International and Non-Resident students who enroll into an Installment Payment Plan after January 23 will be asked to pay for 1/3 of their non-resident fees, all local/mandatory fees, and any applicable service fees. Non-Resident and International students can enroll into an Installment Payment Plan until March 23, 2023.

Any students with a Summer 2022 balance must pay their outstanding Summer balance, along with their Fall 2022 balances by this day.

Any students who enroll into classes or increased their enrollment from part-time (6.0 units or less) to full-time (6.1 or more units) during May 21 - August 9th must pay their Fall 2022 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this due date to avoid being dropped from classes. 

If you have a financial aid award for the Fall 2022 Semester, you will not be dropped for non-payment and your tuition is deferred until September 19, 2022. Late fees are applicable if aid has not disbursed by this date.

Resident Students: Payment 1 of 3 Due

Payment towards 1/3 of Tuition PLUS Local Fees PLUS the $33 Service Fee must be made in full (this includes any class/course fees if there are any charged). Remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments due September 10 and October 10.

Students who enroll into an Installment Payment Plan after August 10 will be asked to pay for 2/3 of Tuition PLUS all local/mandatory fees PLUS $33 service fee if they wish to install the remaining balances of their tuition and fees.

International and Non-Resident Students enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan: Payment 2 of 4 Due

The first of the 3-Part Non-Resident Fees is due this day. The final two will be due on October 11 and November 11, which will include an installment service fee. International and Non-Resident students who enroll into an Installment Payment Plan after August 12 will be asked to pay for 1/3 of their non-resident fees, all local/mandatory fees, and any applicable service fees. SPRING 2022 FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

Students who enroll in classes during November 29 - January 12 must pay their Spring 2022 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this date to avoid being dropped from classes.

If you are coded to receive financial aid for the Spring 2022 Semester, your tuition is deferred until February 18, 2022. Late fees are applicable if aid does not disburse by this date.

Any students with a Summer 2021 balance must pay their outstanding Summer balance, along with their Fall 2021 balances by this day.

Any students who enroll into classes or increased their enrollment from part-time (6.0 units or less) to full-time (6.1 or more units) during May 24 - August 10th must pay their Fall 2021 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this due date to avoid being dropped from classes.

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2021 courses.

Students attending summer semester who have paid part-time fees (by program), and have increased their participation to full-time and now have a Summer 2021 outstanding balance must pay for the Summer balance by this date if they are enrolled into Fall 2021 courses and wish to avoid Fall 2021 cancellation/drops.

SPRING 2021 FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

Students who enroll in classes during November 30 - January 12 must pay their Spring 2021 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this date to avoid being dropped from classes.

If you are coded to receive financial aid for the Spring 2021 Semester, your tuition is deferred until February 19, 2021. Late fees are applicable if aid does not disburse by this date.

The second of the 3 part Non-Resident Fees is due today, with the final payment due on November 12, which will include an installment service fee.  This is the final day International and Non-Resident students can enroll into an Installment Payment Plan and will be asked to pay for 2/3 of their non-resident fees PLUS all local/mandatory fees PLUS and any applicable service fees.
