FALL 2021 FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

Any students with a Summer 2021 balance must pay their outstanding Summer balance, along with their Fall 2021 balances by this day.

Any students who enroll into classes or increased their enrollment from part-time (6.0 units or less) to full-time (6.1 or more units) during May 24 - August 10th must pay their Fall 2021 balance along with any outstanding balances from previous semesters by this due date to avoid being dropped from classes. 

If you have a financial aid award for the Fall 2021 Semester, you will not be dropped for non-payment and your tuition is deferred until September 20, 2021. Late fees are applicable if aid has not disbursed by this date.
 

FIRST INSTALLMENT PLAN DUE DATE:

Resident Students: Payment 1 of 3 Due

Payment towards 1/3 of Tuition PLUS Local Fees PLUS the $33 Service Fee must be made in full (this includes any class/course fees if there are any charged). Remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments due September 11 and October 11.

International & Non-Resident Students enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan: Payment 1 of 4 Due

Payment towards Tuition PLUS State & Local Fees must be made in full. Non-Resident Fees will be divided into 3 equal payments to be made monthly on September 11, October 11, and November 11 which includes an installment service fee.

FIRST DAY OF INSTRUCTION

Pro-Rata Fees Are Assessed:

Students who cancel registration between the 1st day of the Semester and the 60% point of the attendance period will be charged a Pro-Rata fee which will increase daily until all classes are fully withdrawn.

PAYMENT DUE DATE FOR ALL NEW INTERNATIONAL AND NEW GRADUATE STUDENTS

Students who have not enrolled nor made Fall 2021 Tuition/Fee payments by the Fee Payment Deadline, August 11, 2021, will have an “S2Registration Hold placed on their account on this day.

An S2 Hold prevents students from enrolling into classes until payment in full is made for tuition & fees. A $25 Late Registration and $20 Administrative Fee will apply.

September 11, 2021 (Saturday)

SECOND INSTALLMENT PLAN DUE DATE

Resident Students: Payment 2 of 3 Due

Additional 1/3 of tuition is due this day with the final 1/3 of tuition-only due October 12. This is the last day to enroll into an Installment Payment Plan for the Fall 2021 term. Students who enroll into an Installment Payment Plan after August 11 will be asked to pay for 2/3 of Tuition PLUS all local/mandatory fees PLUS $33 service fee if they wish to install the remaining balances of their tuition and fees.

International & Non-Resident Students enrolled into an Installment Payment Plan: Payment 2 of 4 Due

The first of the 3-Part Non-Resident Fees is due this day. The final two will be due on October 11 and November 11, which will include an installment service fee. International and Non-Resident students who enroll into an Installment Payment Plan after August 12 will be asked to pay for 1/3 of their non-resident fees, all local/mandatory fees, and any applicable service fees. Non-Resident and International students can enroll into an Installment Payment Plan until October 11, 2021.

Last day for partial refund of Tuition Fee for students with 6.1+ units who drop to and keep 6.0 units or less (see REFUND GUIDELINES).

Last day for partial refund for Graduate Facility and Professional Program Fee.

Graduate students in the College of Business will be charged an additional Graduate Facility Fee of $700 (for 0 to 6.0 units) or $1,200 (for 6.1 or more units) AND a Professional Program Fee of $270 per unit.

Note:

Graduate Students in the Master of Science in Quantitative Economics program are not subject to the additional Graduate MBA program fee.

Payment Deadline extended as of 1/10/2022

ACTION REQUIRED:

If you are not going to attend Spring 2022, you MUST drop all your classes by Sunday, January 23, 2022, to avoid being assessed pro-rata charges.  

Please Note: 

You will have until February 18, 2022 to pay your financial obligation without being charged a late fee. A $20 late fee will be assessed on any unpaid tuition balances on Monday, February 21, 2022.

SPRING 2022 FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

The Bursar’s Office is not responsible for online payments that are not processed by this deadline. 

SUMMER (R3) CENSUS DAY:

Remaining Summer 2022 unpaid balances should be paid this date to avoid late fees and holds.

Drops are not processed during Summer terms, but students are required to pay for Summer balances by this date to avoid the Summer late fee of $20. If Summer balances remain unpaid, registration and service holds will be assigned.

Summer balances due for students enrolling into Fall 2021 courses.

Students attending summer semester who have paid part-time fees (by program), and have increased their participation to full-time and now have a Summer 2022 outstanding balance must pay for the Summer balance by this date if they are enrolled into Fall 2022 courses and wish to avoid Fall 2022 cancellation/drops.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICANTS:

For students that are receiving Summer Financial Aid, all tuition and fees for the current semester and prior must be paid no later than July 18, 11:59 PM. Tuition and Fees not paid in full will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If a student registers for a summer session(s) and does not officially withdraw by the "LAST DAY TO RECEIVE 100% REFUND" date listed below, the student will still be responsible for ALL tuition and fees, even if the student never attended the course or if the course has not started.
