The Item Type Request Form is used to either create new Item Types or modify and existing Item Type. Item Types are used in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Only and will post to student accounts. If your department has charges or adjusments that should be reflected on a student's account, this form should be used. A full listing of instructions is located on the second tab of the form.
